Ethel was living at 'Shalton' 12 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, the Corfields at number 13 in 1901.
The 1891 census list her as one of twins. She had two elder sisters, a younger sister and three younger brothers. Ethel's father was a flour merchant.

Ethel married William Francis CORFIELD, son of William Reginald CORFIELD and Margaret Elizabeth FRANCIS, in 1909 in St. John the Baptist parish church, Cardiff. (William Francis CORFIELD was born in 1882 in Bristol and died in 1969 in Swindon.)
