William Egerton Jeffreys DL JP
Of Coton Hall and Tilley Park.
He was from the same family as the famous "Judge Jeffreys" the hanging judge.
Five children.
William was an attorney working from Castle Street, Shrewsbury in 1828.

William married Sarah CORFIELD, daughter of William CORFIELD and Sarah PHILLIPS, on 4 Sep 1799 in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England. (Sarah CORFIELD was born on 26 Dec 1774 and was christened on 28 Dec 1774 in St Chads, Shrewsbury.)
