In Letitia's will she wrote "I desire to be buried at Oystermouth Cemetery.., and that my wedding ring be buried with me. I further wish my funeral to be as simple as possible, my coffin to be of unpolished oak; that there should be no flowers and no mourning worn, and that no notice of my death should be inserted in any newspaper".
