Charles Clement CORFIELD 1
Charles Clement Corfield became a Bengal Army Cadet in 1824, He was posted as an Ensign to 69th NI (Native Infantry), and became a Lieut in 1826. He transferred to 47th NI in 1828, and to the Magh Sebundy Corps, March 1831; and adjutant, 47th NI from 22nd July 1834 - 19th January 1839.

(Mary Jane LIGHTFOOT died on 17 Sep 1853 in London.) Charles next married Louisa Eleanor after 1854. (Louisa Eleanor was born in 1831-1832 in Paddington, Middlesex, England and died on 7 Mar 1915.) |
