The "Gentlemen's Magazine" of 21st March 1813 notes:
"In Chatham-place in childbed of her 11th child , aged 37, Mrs. Corfield died. This porbably refers to Sophia.

Sophia married John CORFIELD, son of William CORFIELD and Christian KING, on 24 Oct 1795 in Hurst, Berkshire, England. (John CORFIELD was born on 6 Aug 1766 and died in 1825 in Kempsey, Worcestershire, England.)
